Dubai
Personal Series
Instead of being drawn to the modern skyline or overwhelmed by the speed of the city’s growth, I found myself fascinated by the vast immensity of the desert. It felt enormous, endless, filled with sand yet carrying a strange sense of emptiness.
What was once alive, a place once lived in, was now surrendered to the desert, slowly being swallowed back into the landscape. This is a quiet reminder of what remains when human ambition pauses: the endurance of the desert and the fragile traces of life left behind.
